AS 47.25.320 is amended by adding a new subsection to read: (h) Notwithstanding the assistance payment schedules in AS 47.25.310 - 47.25.420, if federal money available to the state for assistance under AS 47.25.310 - 47.25.420 is less than the federal money available during the previous federal fiscal year, the department shall adjust the monetary maximums and payment amounts authorized under this section so that the general fund money from nonfederal sources does not replace the federal money reduction."
